Hub RTP

Hub RTP is the 100-acre downtown district of Research Triangle Park, bringing together vibrant destinations, green space and mixed-use development in a walkable place. The district includes community spaces like Frontier RTP, Boxyard RTP, Horseshoe at Hub RTP, along with offices, residences and outdoor gathering spaces.

Hub RTP blends living, working, playing and connecting through year-round programming, live music, talks with industry leaders and a rotating mix of local food and retail vendors.

Centrally located between Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, Hub RTP is an easy place for the Triangle to meet in the middle.
