Focus Students take courses that prepare them for careers in healthcare while also completing their high-school diplomas. By the time they graduate, students will earn healthcare credentials or associate degrees that will enable them to graduate directly into the workforce, including job opportunities at Duke Health. The school was created through a partnership among DPS, Durham Tech (where the renovated campus will be housed), and Duke Health, which has committed to hiring 50-60 of its graduates each year.
