Instead of his usually brightly colored, liquid-dyed fabric art, local artist Arthur Haskell works in shades of white, black and gray to emphasize the intricate patterns in his work and the movement they convey.
Shades of Grey opens Sept. 23 and runs through Oct. 18. The opening reception will take place during the September Last Friday Art Walk on Sept. 25 from 6 to 9 p.m.
