An Evening with Penelope Bourbon

Guests can enjoy an evening of storytelling and bourbon tasting while exploring Penelope Bourbon and its journey of building a family heritage. Created by two close friends, Mike Paladini and Danny Polise, Penelope Bourbon boasts a large collection of different whiskey varieties.

During the dinner, guests will taste three bourbons from the brand’s core series and enjoy a welcome cocktail featuring the Penelope Riviera from the Cooper Series. Special guest speaker Ryan Mills will delve deeper into the story and creation of each bottle sampled throughout the evening.
