Put on those dancin’ shoes! The Ridge is hosting an end-of-summer concert featuring Chairmen of the Board on Friday, Sept. 18, in its courtyard.
Known for their signature soulful sound and North Carolina beach music, the band will perform beginning at 6 p.m. The event also will feature a new stage, beer for purchase from Clouds Brewing and food from the BareBakedPizza food truck.
Tickets are available on a contribute-what-you-can basis, with a suggested donation of $15. Organizers expect the concert to reach capacity and encourage attendees to reserve tickets in advance. The event is open to all ages, and children ages three and older must have a ticket.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket for the outdoor concert.
