On Thursday, Aug. 27, celebrate the lunar eclipse with a special edition of Carolina Skies, Morehead Planetarium’s classic, live star show!
Under the climate-controlled, always-clear planetarium sky, simulate the eclipse, tour the North Carolina night sky and take a spectacular journey through the universe. If the weather permits, join after the show for eclipse observing from the Morehead Sundial.

9:30-10:30 p.m. — Carolina Skies: Lunar Eclipse show
10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. — Free skywatching (weather permitting)
