Cocktails & Cuisine Class: Friendsgiving

Gather friends Sunday, Nov. 15, for the Cocktails & Cuisine Class: Friendsgiving, a festive class designed to help participants prepare the perfect batch cocktail for holiday gatherings.

Bartenders will share techniques, tips and recipes for creating seasonal cocktails that can easily be recreated at home for Friendsgiving celebrations. Each cocktail will be paired with seasonal bites prepared by Chef Eryn, offering an afternoon of great flavors, good company and rooftop views.

Class sizes are limited. Tickets are $55 per person.

Cocktails on the menu:

• Spiced Pear Spritz: Cinnamon-orange spiced pear-infused gin, dry curaçao, fresh lemon juice and sparkling wine.
• Apple Orchard Mule: Vodka, apple cider, fresh lime juice and ginger beer.
• Cranberry Maple Bourbon Smoked Old Fashioned: Cranberry-maple-infused bourbon, Angostura bitters and a smoky finish.
