DCLT Office Building Dedication & West End Community Celebration

Join Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT) as the organization celebrates a major milestone — 50 years of community impact and the dedication of its debt-free, mortgage-free headquarters in Durham’s West End!

On Saturday, Sept. 26, DCLT residents, neighbors, partners, supporters and friends will come together for a day honoring the organization’s history and celebrating what’s ahead.

The celebration begins with an Office Building Dedication Ceremony from 11 a.m.-noon at 1208 W. Chapel Hill St., followed by a West End Neighborhood Community Celebration from noon-3 p.m. on Kent Street.

Enjoy music, family-friendly activities, local vendors, giveaways and an opportunity to meet the DCLT team and connect with the community.

This milestone is about more than the dedication of a building. It represents 50 years of creating housing opportunities, strengthening neighborhoods and stewarding community assets for generations to come.
