Hillsborough River Park Concert

Hillsborough’s River Park Concert is a free downtown outdoor live music event for all ages celebrating local music and art. RPC is a volunteer-driven, grassroots free outdoor music event that includes national and local bands, food and beverage vendors and artists. This event is made possible through the cooperation, coordination and support of many local civic, corporate and private entities and is presented by The Triangle Music Alliance.

This year’s headliners are The Brothers Comatose, a roots-infused bluegrass band known for their infectious blend of Americana, folk and traditional bluegrass. Based in San Francisco, California, the band has developed a reputation for their high-energy performances, heartfelt songwriting and impressive musicianship. Founded in 2008 by brothers Ben and Alex Morrison, the group features a lineup of talented musicians whose core of their sound is defined by tight harmonies, virtuosic string instrumentation and a foot-stomping, back-porch spirit.
