The Friends of the Durham Library will hold an In-Person Book Sale at Books Among Friends. All proceeds will benefit the Durham County Library. There are over 20,000 fine donated books of all kinds, suitable for readers of all ages. Most are $5 or less. There is also a wide selection of puzzles and games. Shop early for best selection.
Friday, Aug. 21, will be member day with all items 25% off. Memberships are available at the door or online at fodlnc.org. The Saturday Aug. 22 sale, which lasts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will be open to the public. There will not be a 25% discount on Saturday.
