Independence Holiday Art Meet Up at F-Stop2!

Margaret Lane Gallery is holding a Holiday Art Meet Up, an informal drop-in session, to celebrate Independence Day on Friday, July 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can drop in for some or all of the time. There is no registration needed.

The session is held at Margaret Lane Gallery Annex/F-Stop 2, 302 W Corbin Street, Hillsborough, NC.

This session is the same as the gallery’s Anything Goes Art Meet Ups, but specially scheduled for the July 3 closings in observance of Independence Day.

The Anything Goes Art Meet Ups are relaxed drop-in sessions for artists and dabblers no instruction, but lots and lots of supplies for you to use as you choose. The Gallery will have everything from a range of substrates and papers (including specialty and handmade papers) and adhesives, to paints and paint markers, washi tapes, rubber stamps and inks, a die cutter with dies and embossing folders and different ephemera. You can also bring and use supplies of your own.

No registration required. You can come for some or all of the time. It is “pay as you please” with $15 as a middling guideline suggestion. You can pay by cash or check made out to “Margaret Lane Gallery.” A QR code will be available for accessing a paylink if you prefer to pay by card.

All mediums welcome. Suitable for adults and mature teens. Younger school-age children with supervising adults are welcome.
