Juneteenth Tours at the Dr. M. T. Pope House
Join in celebrating Juneteenth at the Dr. M.T. Pope House Museum as its team shares the inspiring story of Dr. Manassa T. Pope and the struggles of other free African Americans in their fight for freedom in North Carolina. Tours will be free and available for all ages June 13-21, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (1-3 p.m. on Sundays).
