LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is an evidence-based program for adult cancer survivors. Participants take part in a health and fitness program with other survivors in a small-group setting. Certified YMCA instructors help participants build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve energy levels and self-esteem.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA focuses on the whole person, not the disease. YMCA instructors are trained in post-rehabilitation exercise, nutrition and supportive cancer care.
The program is fully funded through the YMCA’s Annual Campaign and is offered at no cost to participants.

🚫 No session: Thanksgiving
