It’s kettlebell for people of all experience levels — come feel the burn!
Participants can experience a kettlebell class on Sundays with certified professional Demarco Crum of Strength With Purpose. The class will introduce new exercises to add to participants’ routines while offering an opportunity to have fun and share a beverage of choice with others.
The class will be held outdoors unless weather prohibits it, in which case it will move inside the taproom.
Each ticket includes a first beverage, including beer, wine, cider, nonalcoholic options and more.
