Vidrio is launching a new Chef’s Table dinner series. Guests can enjoy a five-course tasting menu highlighting dishes from Spain by Chef Roberto Barth March 11 at 6 p.m. Tickets for the dinner cost $99 per person and include wine pairings.
Here is the menu:
- Pintxos tapas table welcome: Pan con tomate, classic gilda, tortilla Española bite, fire-kissed chorizo pintxo and a jamón carving station.
- First course: chargrilled octopus
- Second course: stewed lentils with chorizo
- Third course (communal): fire-finished paella
- Fourth course: dry-aged New York strip with beef tallow confit potatoes and fermented piquillo pepper sauce
- Final course: basque burnt cheesecake
