Trophy Brewing’s Maywood location will host fun, beginner-friendly Sunday yoga sessions at 11 a.m. on the second and last Sunday of each month. The 60-minute flow class will be held inside the brewery or outside on the lawn, depending on the weather. Bring a mat and any props you like to use.
