Hung(a)ry for Ghoulish Grapes: Wines of Central Europe

Fall is the perfect time to take a ride down the Danube, exploring the wines and flavors of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire. From Furmint and Welschriesling to Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir, participants will venture through the Alps to the Dalmatian Coast and explore any Czech, Slovak or Romanian wines they can source. A bowl of “Ghoulish” goulash will be served alongside these wines, bringing the warmth and spice from these cultures together.
