Monthly Cocktail Classes at Boatman Spirits Co.

Boatman Spirits Co. has launched a series of monthly cocktail classes called “A Parting Class,” a play on “the parting glass,” a Scotch tradition of sharing a last drink at the end of a gathering. Classes are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.

The classes offer an opportunity to learn from the spirits experts at Boatman Spirits Co., downtown Raleigh’s only craft cocktail bar, restaurant and distillery. Each class includes light bites, hands-on instruction on making the featured cocktail and the opportunity to taste multiple versions of it. Classes are limited to 15 people and will be held in the distillery bar, with optional distillery tours afterward.

October 6:
Old Fashioned
