If people make the conscious choice to minimize the chaos of their inner worlds, examine their lives closely and work to heal their internal suffering, they will realize the significance of their existence and will no longer be able to spend their time and energy unwisely.

For the sake of people, animals and the planet, people must heal the soul void within so they can rise up individually and collectively to meet their true human potential.

Should people carry on within the same story of personal and planetary destruction, expecting different results? No. They must find inner contentment and healing so their communities will be healthy, connected and resilient — that is to say, truly sustainable.
