Skip to main contentRestorative yoga is the art of conscious relaxation, based on traditional Hatha practices that include asana, pranayama and opening the body. However, unlike a traditional Hatha class, restorative yoga focuses on stillness, full-body support and nervous system regulation. Rather than “doing” as we would in a traditional asana class, restorative yoga asks us to focus on “being.” Restorative yoga invites the practitioner to rest deeply in stillness, using props to support the body so the nervous system can shift into a parasympathetic state of healing and restoration.
This class is suitable for all levels, including those recovering from injury, managing stress or simply needing rest. Restorative Yoga offers a quiet space to slow down, reset and reconnect. Leave feeling nourished, grounded and deeply restored.
