Skip to main contentParticipants are invited to reconnect with their breath, body and inner stillness through Kundalini Yoga, meditation and the resonance of sacred sound.
The session will begin by tuning in with traditional Kundalini opening mantras, followed by guided breathwork and a kriya — a structured sequence of movement, breath and focused awareness. Participants will then settle into an extended savasana accompanied by chakra singing bowls, a Nirvana bowl, tingsha and bell. This spacious rest invites participants to listen, soften and explore the chakra system as a framework for reflection.
The practice will conclude with meditation and Sat Nam, carrying a sense of presence into the rest of the day.
No previous Kundalini Yoga or sound healing experience is needed. Options will be offered throughout, and participants are welcome to modify movements or rest at any time. Participants should bring a yoga mat, comfortable layers and anything that helps them feel supported during relaxation.
The cost is $35, with sliding-scale options of $25 or $30 available for those needing assistance.
