Skip to main contentSamhain (pronounced SOW-in) marks the transition from harvest season to winter. In the traditional Irish calendar, it falls on Nov. 1, with celebrations beginning the evening before. As the days grow shorter, Samhain offers a moment to reflect on what has ended, remember those who came before and welcome the quiet of the season ahead.
Participants are invited to gather with Jaime and Melissa of Mystic Garden Grove for a warm, welcoming ritual of remembrance and reflection. Afterward, they’ll craft ancestor lanterns with dried flowers and gentle light — something to take home as a tribute to the people, stories and connections they carry with them.
Participants are welcome to come as they are; no prior ritual experience is needed.
Offered for a sliding-scale donation.
