The Altar Within: Rest, Sound & Somatic Practice

This two-hour immersive class is your monthly invitation into deep rest, somatic awareness and nervous system support. You’ll be held in a space that supports you in cultivating safety, self-awareness and compassionate presence through restorative yoga and embodied practices, guided by a somatic therapist.

The experience weaves together gentle movement, crystal sound bowls, live music, guided group hypnotherapy, a tarot reflection corner, a collective altar and intentional time for witnessing and connection. Soften, reconnect with yourself, and gently process lived experiences held in the body through yoga, sound and shared community.

This class offers a felt experience of rest, presence and self-ceremony that you can carry with you long after you leave the studio, designed as both a sanctuary and a practice.
