Skip to main contentOur bodies and lives are always changing, and perimenopause and menopause bring that truth into particularly clear focus. Along with physical changes, participants may notice shifts in their energy, capacity, priorities and sense of themselves. This transition can be an opportunity to meet change with greater awareness and curiosity while exploring what may be emerging in this new season of life.
The Wise Woman archetype offers a different way of understanding this passage: as a movement toward greater discernment, self-trust and clarity about what matters — and a fuller claiming of the wisdom and authority that come with lived experience.
In this intimate, two-hour workshop, participants will gather in a supportive circle for reflection, sharing and connection, alongside an embodied exploration of their energetic landscape. They will experience a range of accessible practices from the Kriya and Hatha Yoga traditions using breath, gentle movement and meditation.
There will be space during the workshop not only to learn and practice, but to pause, feel, listen and share what is alive for participants in this transition. In the company of other women moving through their own versions of this passage, participants will explore what it might mean to meet this season with greater attention to themselves, trust in their own knowing and curiosity about what is becoming possible.
No previous yoga experience is needed. All practices will be accessible and mostly seated, with plenty of room to adapt them to individual needs.
